IS THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT THE SAME THING AS THE FILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT?  Dr. Ron Rhodes one of my teachers and mentors from years past wrote in his book titled  “THE BIG BOOK OF BIBLE ANSWERS”  No, as these are two separate ministries of the Holy Spirit.  Dr. Rhodes says that he believes baptism is a one-time event that takes place at the moment of conversion, pointing to 1 Corinthians 12:13).
