Our Pursuit Of Heaven Begins seems to begin When We Feel Like We're Headed Towards Hell. The fear of hell is often-not always, but often what draws us to God in heaven. Jesus tells us in the Book of Matthew 11:25-30 that when we trade yokes with him that we find rest and peace in our hearts. I was asked to speak to a gentleman in our Bible study group years ago about his wanting to leave his faith for the world.
