Elizabeth discusses her practice of shamanic ecotherapy, the value of doing nothing in nature, the creation of thought-forms or what Jung called the spirit of our times, developing a relationship with nature beings, and the importance of relating to the earth through ritual and ceremony. We also discuss the struggle and frustration with language in identifying and describing a spiritual relationship with the earth.
