Why Your Energy and Practice Matters, TODAY!

Happy New Year and FIRST Full Moon of 2020, Alchemists! I have to admit this has been a tough week, but thankfully Reiki, meditation and other practices exist. Oddly enough, I recorded this just prior to needing to lean into my emotions and energy-work in a deeper way. We encounter so much in the world around us, but how we perceive and process it all has a huge impact on our wellbeing, as well as on the collective.
