It's really nice when you have people who will do your dirty work and implement the policies you come up with that are super unpopular, so they get the blame and you're free. Right? Isn't that a cool deal to have? Only problem is when you're those guys doing the work, and your protector dies, and the next guy comes in and wants to show how he'll change everything... oops.
