Back to the late 80s, the post-hardcore/rock scene that for better or worse seemed to have sew the seeds of Nu Metal. But before the deluge of garbage we had Helmet. Looking back, you can hear their influence penetrated into a much of the rock/hardcore scenes. Revisit Helmet with us.
