Iran talks, Lebanon-Israel and Amazon's Globalstar deal

U.S. President Donald Trump says a second round of talks with Tehran could resume this week even as CENTCOM says it’s completely halted sea trade going in and out of Iran. Israel and Lebanon sit down for the first direct talks in decades. Amazon plays satellite catchup with its $11.6 billion acquisition of Globalstar to compete with Starlink. Plus, a fifth Eric Swalwell accuser comes forward, more than 30 deportees will head to the Democratic Republic of Congo from the U.S. this week and next week the system for issuing tariff refunds to American importers launches.
