There are some bands in extreme music whose catalog is so vital to the genre that it would be impossible to accurately describe in a single episode. It's been nearly 30 years since their inception and yet San Diego's Cattle Decapitationcontinue to evolve, releasing some of the best death metal of their career while others may have become stale or hung it up along the way. Over the next few weeks, Austin & Dylan will be taking a good look at Cattle Decapitation's extensive history as well as each of their 10 full-lengths. In this introductory episode, they'll cover the band's origins and ties to The Locust, their longstanding relationship with Metal Blade Records, and their first 3 albums (Human Jerky, Homovore, & To Serve Man).
