Forbidden Zone (1980)

This week, Travis takes us into the Forbidden Zone (1980), a tripped-out musical fantasy from Richard Elfman, brother of Danny (who appears as the Devil during a musical number), based on the cabaret show of the group Oingo Boingo. In it, a family discovers that a secret door in the basement of their house leads to the Sixth Dimension, a world governed by Herve Villechaize, of Fantasy Island fame, and other assorted weirdos.
