50-Point Rate Cut in December?

David Aspell thinks the Fed will cut rates by 50 basis points in December to get to the neutral rate quicker. He discusses the state of the economy and how he thinks it will respond to more cuts. He thinks that people will get more used to the idea of cuts when data delayed by the government shutdown is released. He looks at areas of the market where he sees value, including in healthcare.
