Allen: SPX Could Dip Below $4K, Deeper Lows to Come

Brian Allen doesn’t think the market has reached its lows yet, saying “we’re still lost in Limbo.” He uses historical comparisons to argue that there’s more downside to come, and doesn’t think we’ll see any resolution to uncertainty until June at the least. He says there’s over 50% of a U.S. recession and that the SPX could fall below $4,000. Right now, he likes communication services, but is underweight tech.
