AMZN Showing its A.I. 'Spending Is Justified'

Amazon (AMZN) is rallying after strong earnings, and CFRA's Arun Sundaram says investors are finally becoming comfortable with the company's massive A.I. capital spending. He says Amazon continues to deliver strong operating margins in AWS, showing those investments are beginning to pay off.

Sundaram maintains a Strong Buy rating and a $335 price target on Amazon, arguing the stock remains undervalued as analysts continue to underestimate the company's long-term earnings and growth potential.
