Baehr on Bitcoin's New Norm, CRCL "Big Moment for Blockchain" & GENIUS Act

CoinDesk's Andy Baehr talks about Bitcoin establishing a new "characteristic" behavior after trading within a 10% range over the last month. The issue of projecting future price action will be a lack of catalysts for it and other stable coins moving forward. The most recent catalyst was seen in Circle's (CRCL) IPO last week, which Andy calls a "big moment for blockchain." He later turns to D.C. to discuss the GENIUS Act and what it means for crypto's outlook.
