Bitcoin to New Highs; Digging into U.S. Housing Market

“Over the long-term, it does trade higher,” Jake Clopton says of Bitcoin as it hits an all-time high above $120K. He sees “interesting corners” of the crypto market beyond Bitcoin as well. He thinks the Fed could cut rates in September, with only one cut this year. Jake says people need to cut through the noise and focus on their dual mandate to see what’s coming next. Turning to housing, he thinks conditions are looking “significantly better” and things are “moving towards a buyer’s market.”
