Bitcoin's Volatility Wanes, Urgency for Crypto Legislation

John Wu says the implied volatility of the SPX has been greater than Bitcoin over recent trading sessions. That doesn't mean volatility has been taken out of the cryptocurrency, but Bitcoin's activity level has drawn bullish optimism from John. Additionally, he points to Federal action in D.C. inching toward clearer crypto regulation.
