Blancato: Take Tech Gains, Buy Bonds and Dividend Stocks

“I’m very concerned,” Phil Blancato says about jobs data, potential Fed cuts, and possible impacts on the market. He thinks rate cuts would be a win for the housing market but a “loss for the U.S. economy.” He considers us in a state of stagflation and thinks that the Fed shouldn’t cut at all. He believes investors to buy bonds, especially on the shorter term, and dividend stocks.
