C3 AI (AI) sold off more than 20% on Thursday's opening bell in a quarter where "nothing went right," according to Diane King Hall. She points out the company's double miss, guidance cut, and layoff announcement cutting into investment confidence. Two companies Diane sees rallying on the session: IONQ Inc.
