HP Enterprise (HPE) received an upgrade from Evercore ISI. Ben Watson looks at the chart patterns forming over short & long-term durations. Evercore ISI raised its price target on HPE to $22 from $17, which Ben demonstrates has been a significant range for shares over the last year.
