Chart of the Day: INTC Layoffs

Reports of Intel (INTC) plans to lay off up to 20% of its factory workforce has shares on the move ahead of Wednesday's open. Kevin Horner examines the technical perspective of Intel's chart, including a 5-year perspective of the semiconductor manufacturer's long-term decline. Kevin says any slippage below the $19 level is something to watch, as its RSI uptrend has risen on each test of that point.
