China & U.S. Extend Tariff Talks, EU Growth Outpaces U.S.

Discussions on rare earth metals and export controls are front and center in negotiations between China and the U.S. While talks appear to be extending, "talking is better than not talking," says Michelle Gibley. Even as China takes a hit from a downtrend in U.S. trade, Michelle says China saw an uptick in global trading overall. In Europe, she notes earnings and economic growth continue to outperform.
