CRCL's Two Sides: Bullish Distribution & Structure, Bearish Against Competition

He sees a more favorable outlook under the Trump administration as a plus, which he says helps with Circle's distributions. However, Tyrone Ross Jr. is more bearish on the company. He sees "fierce" competition heating up that will pose a challenge to Circle's long-term growth.
