Dale: U.S. Growth Slowing Down Due to Policy Uncertainty

Darius Dale thinks we’ll be “in this choppy trade” for a while, but the market will eventually “break out to the upside.” He thinks the consumer has been “abnormal, in a positive way” by spending strongly despite deteriorating macro conditions.
