ECB Rate Cut: Implications for Fed & U.S. Economy

Michelle Gibley says the European Central Bank had more reason to cut rates due to lower inflation and economic growth in the European Union, whereas the Fed faces uncertain inflation risks and is taking a "wait and see" approach. She notes that a U.S.-China deal could be a positive, but for now, uncertainty and a strong U.S. dollar could generate headwinds for international stocks.
