Steve Laipply walks through recent ETF flows, noting $46B in net inflows into fixed income ETFs in 1Q. Only $4B went into active bond ETFs, but the demand is growing quickly. High-quality fixed income has also dominated allocations, with Treasuries making up around 50%. He discusses why traders are making these moves, and how changes in Fed policy could affect yields.
