Goldman: ‘Tariffied’ Markets Still Can End Year Higher

“Markets are tariffied,” says Gene Goldman, but thinks we’ll end the year higher based on valuation and technicals. However, he says there’s still the potential for a Fed put. He also notes that tariff revenue could be put into tax cuts, which would be stimulative. He talks about the tensions between China and the U.S. and what comes next in their game of hardball.
