Goosay: Fed Could Cut 4 Times in 2026, Bull Case for Fixed Income

“The Fed will need to become more aggressive” to counter a deteriorating labor picture, argues Michael Goosay. He has two rate cuts priced in now and calls that the “minimum” for this year.
