Hill: Last Few Trading Weeks Technical-Driven, not Fundamental

Zachary Hill thinks the last few weeks of trading have been very technical-driven. “We’ve had a lot of positioning…in an illiquid time of the year,” as traders try to lock in gains, he says, arguing that the underlying fundamentals are still strong. He plans to broaden tech exposure in 2026 and covers the latest tech headlines. Zachary also is looking at international positions “predicated on a lower dollar.”
