Inside Out: Housing Market Fears Abating?

Alex Barron believes the bottom of the housing market is here. He says the "fear factor" from the Iran war has faded at this point as the summer home selling season ramps up. Alex notes margin pressures that face homebuilders including some price cutting practices to incentivize consumers looking to buy. On the rates front, Alex hopes the Fed recognizes the need for cutting rates which he hopes lowers mortgage costs. He believes owning a home is the "bedrock of prosperity" for U.S. citizens. Later, George Tsilis provides an example trade for Toll Brothers (TOL) ahead of earnings later this month.
