INTC Pops on New CEO, MSFT "Key Shelter in the Storm"

Kevin Green takes a look at two tech stocks on the move: Intel (INTC) and Microsoft (MSFT). Intel named a new CEO late Thursday. Lip-Bu Tan joins the company after previously serving as CEO of Cadence Design Systems (CDNS). Meanwhile, DA Davidson upgrades Microsoft to a Buy calling it "best positioned Mag 6 for a slowing consumer." In terms of SPX, Kevin sees upwards resistance at $5690, with downside support at $5500.
