Jamner: Fed Will Cut in December to Reduce Labor Market Risks

He thinks consumers are under pressure but “have consistently shown up” for holidays and for good deals. “We’re not seeing a collapse” in jobs, he says, but expects the Fed to cut to remove risk from the table.
