Market Rally After Powell's Speech: Premature or Prescient?

Damien Dwin says the market's rally after Jerome Powell's Jackson Hole speech may be premature. While a rate cut could bring relief to consumers and help the government with its debt, Dwin believes adding more liquidity to the system could be unhelpful given high asset prices and too much money chasing too few opportunities.
