Market "Tail Risk" from Israel-Iran Conflict

Brian Jacobsen says the conflict in the Middle East between Israel and Iran is different than prior instances, as the U.S. energy exports are much higher currently. He says the energy markets may have overreacted a little bit, as OPEC supply and production is a factor to consider.
