Markets "Grappling" with Growth Concerns, "Going to Get" September Rate Cut

To look ahead, Charles Schwab's Cooper Howard says you need to look back at last week's data. He believes the unemployment report last Friday showed concerns for growth but assured investors a September interest rate cut is coming. However, Cooper warns that investors will want to pay attention to next week's CPI and PPI prints, which can add stagflation risk.
