Markets Stalling, Seeking "Gold Standard" of Data

Cooper Howard with Charles Schwab believes markets have stayed in a "holding pattern" because the government shutdown has kept investors from getting "the gold standard" of economic data. He says challenger job cuts, consumer sentiment and similar data can only carry markets so far. Cooper explains how all of this plays into his outlook for corporate bonds.
