Markets Take FOMC Minutes "In Stride," Inflation's Rate Pause Disruption

The FOMC released their meeting minutes from its previous meeting, which generated almost no reaction from the markets. After seeing the minutes, Gregory Daco thinks Fed Chair Jerome Powell still has room for two rate cuts in 2025 on inflation's current trajectory, as long as there's no major disruption from inflation. However, Brian Jacobsen believes other growth interruption to the markets can reverse the Fed's course from a pause as well.
