Nelson: ORCL "Bleeding Cash," Valuation "Blind Spot" in Markets

The Fed has been "too restrictive for too long," says David Nelson. He says an interest rate cut tomorrow will give the markets some breathing room as the economy faces pressure on the jobs front.
