NVDA & Chips Stocks Jump, ARM Outlier After Earnings

Reports of the Trump administration rescinding Biden-era A.I. restrictions gave Nvidia (NVDA) and other chipmakers a leg higher. Jenny Horne also turns to commentary from Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang welcoming the president's policy change. Arm Holdings (ARM) did not participate in that broader rally when its guidance came in weaker than expected.
