Oakley: Foreign Markets Move Bonds, Recession-Proof Stocks & Teaching Financial Literacy

The latest bond movements can be attributed to foreign markets, according to Ted Oakley. He points to tariff fears as the culprit, saying international investors are pulling out of the U.S. He turns to stocks he considers recession-proof in the event of further economic downturn.
