ORCL Cloud Play: "Firmly Established"

Steven Dickens says Oracle (ORCL) is a "fourth hyperscaler" and has become "firmly established" among the cloud players. He adds that data has been seen as a new moat for tech companies. Steven believes the company has made "fantastic strides" around data sovereignty, which is one of the "concerns" around A.I. adoption. Steven adds that Oracle's tech stack has been essential to its growth. Later, he chimes in on the recent tech CEO dinner at the White House and what it means for further A.I. growth.
