Parmar: ‘Time to Start’ Buying into Market

Justus Parmar says, “the probability is that this is a pullback,” and thinks a bottom is coming soon. “It’s a good time to start legging into the market.” He thinks the president is politically constrained on tariffs and will be forced to alter policy soon, potentially boosting markets. In the “back half of the year,” he expects potential rate cuts or tax cuts to be catalysts for the market.
