Perplexity's Google Chrome Bid: Impacts on GOOGL, A.I. Still Strong for Mag 7 Company

Melissa Otto offers her perspective on Perplexity's $34.5 billion bid to buy Google Chrome from Alphabet (GOOGL). "It's definitely going to be a wild one," Melissa says, noting there is no true standard for something like this before. She adds that A.I. has made no lasting threat to Google search revenue, as she discusses how it adds to the antitrust case accusing Alphabet holding a search monopoly.
