Schatz: 2%-5% Pullback in 3Q, Rally in 4Q, Like WM, LYFT, AWK

“We’ve had a phenomenal recovery,” Paul Schatz says, with new highs hitting well before he expected. He thinks the foundations of the market are still solid but thinks there will be a 3Q pullback of 2%-5% before a rally in 4Q. He also expects market tailwinds through 2026. In general, he’s looking for positions in less volatile stocks while “pruning” gains from portfolio winners. He likes Waste Management (WM), Lyft (LYFT), and American Water Works (AWK).
