Seay: Tariffs "Economic Warfare," WMT & Retailer Duty to Help Consumers & Investors

George Seay says Walmart (WMT) is "shooting the lights out" when it comes to its earnings. However, tariffs are creating a situation where Walmart and similar retailers may pass some of those costs to consumers. As George points out, they also face the conundrum of maximizing profits to appease investors. He later weighs how the U.S. needs to tackle the national deficit.
