Short End of the Curve for ‘The Next 18 Months’

Karen Veraa-Perry celebrates a record month for fixed-income ETFs in May. SGOV, Blackrock’s 0-3 month bond ETF, has seen $18 billion in inflows this year alone. Another trend to watch is active management within fixed income ETFs, giving investors someone to “steer the ship.” She expects interest to stay in the short end of the curve “for the next 18 months.”
