Siemer: BTC "Impactful" Correlation to U.S. Dollar, "Would Sell the ETH Rally"

When it comes to Bitcoin's regulatory environment, David Siemer says the U.S. is behind the curve on adoption. He talks about the action he want to see and why he sees Bitcoin as an asset that should be "counter-cyclical" to markets.
