Spring Home Buying Season a "Bust"

Jenna Stauffer (@JennaStaufferkeywest) examines the real estate reality facing many homebuyers right now: elevated mortgage rates, higher insurance, higher taxes and weakened consumer confidence. She says a lot of buyers are "moving forward with caution" and "taking their time" before making any moves. She says high home prices are actually helping bring unsold inventory up, which could put pressure on prices. Jenna says buyers have an opportunity now to negotiate with sellers, something that hasn't existed in years.
