SPX Targeting 6,550+ by End of Year; AI vs Quantum Computing

Dale Smothers predicts the SPX will reach 6,550 or higher by the end of the year. “We know that AI and tech will lead the market higher – or lower.” He also thinks “animal spirits” are unleashed right now.
