Stock Market Today: AMD & SMCI Earnings, PLTR Plummets, CEG Rallies

Markets closed down for its second session in a row ahead of the Fed's interest rate decision. Palantir (PLTR) closed down heavily and dragged down the tech sector, despite posting strong earnings. Constellation Energy (CEG) boosted the SPX as the top performer after it reiterated its full-year guidance. Investors got a mixed picture on the A.I. space after hours with earnings from AMD Inc.
