Stock Market Today: INTC Earnings Rally, MOH Near 2025 Lows, Quantum Surge

Thursday's session reversed Wednesday's down day and closed with all green arrows. Quantum stocks saw some of the biggest up action while Molina Healthcare (MOH) saw some of the worst after posting a lackluster earnings report.
