Boosted tariffs on select countries didn't stop markets from rallying, which led the NDX to hit another new all-time high. Nvidia (NVDA) also reached a new milestone: $4 trillion in market cap, the first company to ever reach the number. Microsoft (MSFT) climbed to a new high off an upgrade from Oppenheimer.
